This policy explains how Kara Ara handles information collected through the Vendo website and its newsletter signup form.
Who is responsible
Kara Ara is responsible for the personal information collected on this website. Vendo is a product in development by Kara Ara.
What we collect
When you join the newsletter, we store the name or company name and email address you provide, your selected language, and a record of when you agreed to receive updates. Our hosting service may also process technical request logs needed to operate and protect the website.
Why we use it
With your consent, we use your details to send occasional Vendo development news, closed-alpha information, and release announcements. Signing up is optional. We do not sell your information or use it to make automated decisions about you.
Who can access it
Access is limited to people authorised by Kara Ara and service providers needed to host the website or deliver our emails. They may process information only for those purposes and under appropriate safeguards. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, applicable transfer safeguards must be in place.
How long we keep it
We keep your signup while you remain subscribed and the newsletter is active. If you withdraw consent or the newsletter ends, we delete the signup, except for limited records we must retain to meet legal obligations or demonstrate how a request was handled.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect processing that already took place. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your information where these rights apply. You can raise a concern with your local data protection authority.
Cookies and tracking
The public pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The private admin area uses an essential session cookie to keep the administrator signed in. It expires after eight hours or when the administrator signs out.
